The quote tool

The quote form requests gender, age, self-rated health, tobacco status, coverage and term. These go to the carriers' platform for rate calculation and are not saved locally. Name, address, phone and email remain optional; skip them for quotes. Identical repeated queries use brief caching to spare the platform a repeat call.

Applying

Applying forwards your answers into a secure form on the carriers' platform, which applies its own privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, California-licensed (License 0B75129), manages the application flow.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone, preferred contact method, subject line and message. Delivery is direct to the agency via email; your address serves as the reply target. No message copy is stored locally, no submission database exists and no message history is logged. A brief spam check executes in your browser before send.

Measurement

Page analytics use first-party, cookie-free methods hosted on this domain. No cookies or local tracking exist; IP addresses are truncated before storage; referrer query strings are stripped; logs expire after 90 days. Browsers signaling Do Not Track or Privacy Control bypass measurement entirely.

What we do not do

Personal data is never sold or traded, no ad trackers run, and no external analytics load. The single third-party element is the carriers' app on the application page, active only if you visit.
