Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?
No. To see rates, provide only gender, birthdate, health status, tobacco history, desired coverage and policy term—six answers. Your personal details are requested solely if you proceed to apply.
Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?
These quotes reflect the rates carriers offer based on your selected health class. Underwriting will determine your final premium and may adjust your class up, down or confirm it. This site makes no coverage guarantees and is not an insurance offer.
What happens when I click Apply?
You enter your name and the system creates an application matching your selected quote, which continues on the carriers' encrypted platform. You may save your progress and return, signing documents electronically. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed agency (License 0B75129), handles the process.
Will I need a medical exam?
Medical exams depend on the carrier's rules, the coverage amount, and your health profile. Many carriers with accelerated paths can make instant decisions for qualified applicants. Each quote notes whether an exam is necessary, optional, or waived.
Is a longer term better?
Choose a term length matching when dependents need the most protection: while a mortgage remains, children are young, or a business depends on you. Longer terms increase the monthly cost but secure your rate for more years. Use the quote tool to compare all options from 10 to 30 years.
Does this site sell my information?
No. You are not asked for contact information in quotes, your data stays private, and measurement avoids cookies entirely. Review the privacy page for specifics on what data is gathered and who accesses it.
